International Community Care e. V. Partners
people are at the heart of sustainable development. Founded in 2023 in Germany, we are a nonprofit organization dedicated to building inclusive and resilient communities through human rights advocacy, intercultural dialogue, and sustainable initiatives.
We focus on empowering women and youth, promoting environmental justice, and fostering fair partnerships between the Global North and South.

Women’s Council – Making Change Happen
At ICC e.V., we empower women to lead change from the ground up. The Women’s Council initiative provides a platform for women in rural and urban communities to advocate for their rights, shape local policies, and build sustainable futures
Farmers Cooperatives
Our Farmers Cooperatives initiative is rooted in the belief that sustainable agriculture is a powerful tool for transformation. ICC e.V. partners with farming communities across Sub-Saharan Africa and beyond to improve livelihoods, strengthen food systems, and reduce poverty.
North–South Global Dialogue
In today’s interconnected world, ICC e.V. fosters meaningful dialogue between the Global North and South to address disparities in resources, industry, and trade. Through this initiative, we create platforms for inclusive exchange—bringing together policymakers, entrepreneurs, and civil society to explore equitable solutions for global development.
